These Terms govern your use of moltlinestudio.com and the Moltline Studio skills, persona bundles, MCP servers, and the All-Access license (together, the "Services"). By purchasing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What you get
Moltline offers free-tier tools and skills, one-time marketplace bundles (sold on third-party marketplaces such as Agensi), and an All-Access subscription. All-Access delivers a signed license key that unlocks the premium tools on Moltline's MCP servers for the duration of your paid period. Free tiers are provided free of charge and may change over time.
2. License & permitted use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services and any delivered license key. You may use the tools and skills in your own workflows and products.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or share your license key, or provide "license-as-a-service" access to others;
- Redistribute, rebrand, repackage, or resell the source code, skills, persona content, or bundles as your own or as a competing catalog;
- Circumvent, crack, or tamper with license validation, abuse limits, or usage controls;
- Use the Services to build a substantially similar competing marketplace or clone of the catalog.
One license equals one user. Keys used from an unusual number of locations, or that appear resold or shared, may be rate-limited or revoked.
3. Subscription, billing & cancellation
- All-Access is billed at the price shown at checkout (currently US$19/month) and renews each period until cancelled.
- Payments are made in cryptocurrency through our third-party processor, NOWPayments. Your key is delivered by email after the payment is confirmed on-chain.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your key expires at the end of the paid period. There is no partial-period proration.
- Marketplace bundles are one-time purchases governed by the marketplace you buy them on, in addition to these Terms.
4. Refunds & support commitment
Because access is delivered instantly as a cryptographic key, sales are generally final. However, we stand behind the work: we aim to give a first support response within 24 hours, and we will fix confirmed defects in a purchased tool within 30 days or, where we cannot, work with you on a fair resolution. Contact support@moltlinestudio.com with your order ID or key.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to violate the law, infringe others' rights, or generate or facilitate malware, fraud, harassment, or other harmful activity. Our tools that analyse untrusted input (e.g. injection and secret scanners) are provided as aids, not guarantees; you remain responsible for how you act on their output.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including the skills, persona content, source code, and branding, are owned by Moltline Studio and protected by intellectual-property laws. Your license does not transfer ownership. Output you generate using the tools is yours to use, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
7. Third-party services
The Services interoperate with third parties (payment processors, marketplaces such as Agensi and MCPize, and MCP clients such as Claude, Cursor, and others). We are not responsible for third-party platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
8. Warranties & disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis is complete or correct.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moltline Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update the Services and these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, including license resale, abuse, or circumvention of controls. You may stop using the Services at any time.
